Nicole Hanson

Nicole ensures the smooth running of the Connections Counseling administrative operations and is a member of the leadership team. She brings years of experience in office management along with experience navigating health insurance. She believes it is important to reduce confusion around insurance and is passionate about reducing financial barriers that prohibit individuals from receiving needed services. She has experienced financial hardship in her life and brings empathy and understanding to her interactions with clients.

Nicole lives in Madison with her partner, three kids, two dogs, and tortoise. She believes it’s important to always be open to new learning and growth opportunities. She loves being a part of the Madison community. She enjoys taking advantage of the wonderful bike trails throughout the area with her bike rides typically ending at a local restaurant.
