Connections Counseling supports speaking out against racial injustice.  We stand with those who are fighting for systemic reform, safety and equity for all people.  We are committed to acknowledge and dismantle inequities within our policies, systems, programs, and services so we can better support our staff and clients.   

Connections Counseling has taken action by providing Witnessing Whiteness Workshop to all of our staff. The workshop offers practical information on building knowledge, skills, capacities, and communities that support anti-racism practices, a hopeful look at our collective future, and a discussion of how to create a culture of witnesses who support allies for social and racial justice.

Connections has also developed a diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) workgroup that will inform system improvements as a means of accountability to sustain change
