Lara Lewandowski

Lara is a mental health and substance abuse therapist who has been a part of the Connections Counseling family since 2014.  Lara has a passion for working with individuals, primarily college students and young adults. She has facilitated Connections University of Wisconsin and Edgewood affiliated college programs, BASICS, CASICS and Choices.  In her practice, Lara works to create a safe space where clients can explore life’s challenges and feel heard and accepted. While using a systemic approach, she guides clients to have a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them.
