About Karilin Bare

Karilin is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor and
Nationally Certified Counselor. She is a graduate of UW-Whitewater and has been providing
therapy to individuals since 2012. Karilin is passionate about treating clients with respect,
compassion, and dignity. She sees adolescents and adults 18 to 65. Karilin uses an
eclectic approach to treatment which includes (but not limited to): client-centered therapy,
solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, trauma-
based therapy, spiritual-based therapy, and 12-Step recovery. Karilin’s goal in therapy is to help
clients gain the skills needed to self-actualize and change behaviors needed to reach their full
potential.
