Dr. Ian Powell is an Internal Medicine MD specializing in Addiction Medicine.  Dr Powell has over 25 years of diverse experience with out-patient and in-patient settings.  Dr Powell supports patients receiving psychotherapy at Connections Counseling and one other Rosecrance location.  Core passions include working with patients with substance use disorders, co-occurring psychiatric and medical disorders, coordination and teamwork with therapeutic treaters, and prescribing & management of recovery medications.
