Carlene Cardosi

Carlene Cardosi is Regional President of Rosecrance, Inc. a subsidiary of the Rosecrance Health Network.  As a member of Rosecrance executive team, Cardosi is Connections Counseling corporate liaison.   Cardosi started as a Rosecrance intern working with adolescent girls at a residential campus in 2008, and she has worked her way up through various adult and adolescent serving positions across the organization.  In recent roles, she has overseen Clinical Direction of Residential Services, where she developed programs for both adolescents and adults. More recently as Regional Administrator, she provided operational responsibility for residential and outpatient services in Milwaukee, McHenry County, Des Plaines, and Chicago. Most recently, Cardosi served as Vice President of Residential Services, and she supervised Rosecrance’s Griffin Williamson and Harrison campuses in Rockford and the Lakeview facility in Chicago.
